Rob Roe spent the first 10 years of his career in sales and marketing for Rhone-Poulenc under May and Baker Inc.  He has been involved in the marketing of many of the products in most markets Rhone-Poulenc has been involved in, including product manager of the bromoxynil portfolio.  This was a significant business. He assumed the business management of the Rhône-Poulenc Canada Inc. Specialty business in 1997 and grew  the business by 70 percent while at the same time improving profit in all 3 years.  His experience is varied and complex, including new product and new business development, sales and marketing, strategic project and business management, and overall company management.  He has since decided to leave Rhône-Poulenc Canada Inc. after 20 years to co-form KeliRo Company Inc

Dr. John Kelly was most recently the Manager of Technical and Regulatory Affairs with Land O' Lakes and has held similar positions with Rhone-Poulenc and Aventis CropSciences in the agribusiness sector, being responsible for scientific development and regulatory management of a wide portfolio of crop protection, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, nutritional and innovative products and projects.  He completed his Ph.D. at the University of Guelph and after stints with the Ontario government as a feed advisor for the dairy and beef cattle industries and with Ralston-Purina Inc. joined Rhône-Poulenc Canada Inc. as the multispecies technical specialist working with many different private companies, veterinarians and private consultants. John has varied experiences in the animal nutrition, animal health and agriculture fields, including former chair of the Biotechnology subcommittee of the CropLife Canada.   John brings with him numerous experiences in sales and marketing, research and development  and domestic and international regulatory affairs across a myriad of projects and products in Canada and the United States.
